Cookie Policy

Please read this cookie policy (“cookie policy”, "policy") carefully before using [website] website (“website”, "service") operated by [name] ("us", 'we", "our").

1. About this notice

This notice explains how Digital Mirror Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies on digital-mirror.ai. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 15045031, with our registered office at C/O Stevens & Bolton LLP, Wey House, Farnham Road, Guildford, Surrey GU1 4YD, United Kingdom.

For privacy questions, contact info@digital-mirror.ai. For information about our wider use of personal information, see our Website Privacy Notice.

2. What these technologies are

4. The current cookie inventory

The Cookie Settings panel available from the website footer forms part of this notice. It provides the current name, provider, purpose, category and duration of each cookie or similar technology deployed by the website. This live inventory is used because technologies may change when website features or service providers change.

Digital Mirror reviews the inventory when the website or its integrations change and periodically thereafter. Optional technologies are assigned to the relevant category and remain blocked until the corresponding consent is given.

5. Giving, refusing and withdrawing consent

When you first visit the website, you can accept all optional technologies, reject all optional technologies or manage individual categories. Rejecting optional technologies does not prevent access to the public website, although an optional feature may not function.

You can change or withdraw consent at any time by selecting Cookie Settings in the website footer. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before your choice was changed. We may ask again where your consent has expired or our use of technologies changes materially.

6. Third-party technologies

Some website features may be supplied by third parties, for example analytics, video, scheduling or social-media providers. Where these providers place or read optional technologies, they are activated only after the relevant consent. Their processing may also be governed by their own privacy information, which is linked from the Cookie Settings panel where appropriate.

7. Browser and device controls

Most browsers allow you to delete or block cookies. Browser controls operate separately from our preference tool and may remove saved choices, causing the consent banner to reappear. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the website from working properly.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this notice and the live inventory when technologies, suppliers or legal requirements change. The current update date appears at the top of this notice. Questions may be sent to info@digital-mirror.ai.
