Contract performance
Contract performance begins where commitments become cash — at the invoice.
Platform capabilities
Start where commitments become cash.
-
Cross-Invoice Verification
A standalone integrity layer for the invoice itself: duplicates, impossible billing, missing fields, independent of any contract, routed back to AP with citations.
-
Contract Discovery
Where contracts are fragmented or hard to locate, we assemble supporting agreements needed for verification, even when they live across DMS, email, and shared drives.
-
Invoice-to-Contract Verification
Every invoice is checked against the governing contract, including rate-card errors, missed volume rebates, and payment terms that quietly drift from what was signed.

“Procurement manages the commercial agreement, legal manages the contract, the business raises the purchase order and approves the receipt, and finance pays the invoice. Everybody can be doing their job correctly, and still nobody is responsible for validating the transaction end to end. Every handoff is a chance for the commercial terms to get lost.”
“Digital Mirror has fundamentally changed how we manage our global supply chain contracts. What used to take weeks of auditing now happens in milliseconds with absolute certainty.”
FAQ
Your questions, answered.
Do we need our contracts digitized before we can start?
No. Cross-Invoice Verification runs on invoices alone and catches duplicates, impossible billing hours, and missing detail before payment. Our first production customer, a construction firm, ran on invoices only for three months and recovered the equivalent of one full-time person's output before a single contract was digitized.
How is this different from the checks our AP system already runs?
AP automation confirms the invoice matches the purchase order, and the purchase order is generated from simplified supplier-master data rather than from the contract itself. Complex pricing (rate cards, tiered discounts, usage charges, rebate schedules) never makes it that far. So an invoice can pass every check in your ERP and still bill a rate or a payment term you never agreed. The standard match covers purchase order, goods receipt, and invoice; we add a fourth check, against the contract.
How do we know the AI read the numbers correctly?
Several independent models have to agree before an answer is trusted, and we check they agree on the same facts rather than just the same conclusion. Every figure is traced back to the exact place it came from in the source document, and each result carries a high, medium, or low confidence score that sets how much a person needs to look. Where a source is missing, the answer is flagged rather than presented as confident.
What do you need from us, and how soon do we see findings?
Invoices for Cross-Invoice Verification; invoices plus the contracts or rate cards for Invoice-to-Contract Verification. No data cleansing or preparation project first. Findings come from the first batch processed rather than after a long implementation.
Will this mean going back to suppliers to claim money back?
How is our data kept secured?
Digital Mirror is SOC 2 Type II certified and operates under GDPR. Customer data is hosted in the EU.
What makes the AI reliable?
Several independent models have to agree before an answer is trusted, and every figure is traced back to the exact place in the source document.
