See what your invoices are already telling you

Most invoice checks stop at the purchase order. Digital Mirror goes one step further and verifies the invoice against the underlying contract, so you can see exactly where commercial terms and cash performance diverge, on both the supplier side and the customer side.

About us

Digital Mirror was founded by the team behind Seal Software, the company that pioneered contract analytics and was acquired by DocuSign in 2020.

At Seal, we proved that machines could read contracts at enterprise scale. But we also discovered something more important: understanding a contract is only half the problem. The real test comes when invoices arrive.

Every negotiated price, discount, rebate, and commercial term is ultimately reflected in an invoice, yet most organizations have no practical way to verify that what they are being billed matches what they agreed. Existing procurement systems depend on purchase orders, not the detailed commercial terms contained in contracts.

Digital Mirror bridges that gap. Our platform reads contracts and invoices together, validating every invoice line against the commercial terms that authorized it while also identifying inconsistencies, duplicate charges, and pricing anomalies across invoices. Accuracy is fundamental. Our verification architecture cross-checks every interpretation before an issue is raised, giving organizations confidence that exceptions represent genuine commercial risks rather than false positives.

Put a number on the cash your payment terms are holding.
